Today we bring to you on the hot seat -

Rohan Nainan Koshy - Editor, Bangkwang Times

For a man that does not say much, Koshy (as he is fondly called) says a lot with his actions. The Editor, who is credited for the name of the publication, is known for his no nonsense approach in meetings and anything remotely associated to Bangkwang. The fact that the team chose him to be the Editor unanimously says a lot about his character and the respect he garners from his peers and fellow professionals. The best in Koshy is that he manages to make everyone feel special. Some way or the other. A quick word here, a pat on the back when no one is looking, the Editor knows how to rally his troops for battle. His style can be best said to be supportive, giving everyone the space to express themselves as they choose. However the perfectionist in him is not far behind, one that loathes the extra indent or a missed story opportunity. It is a peculiar and heady mix, one that is rather rare to find and one that endears him to the entire team.

His quirks, many that there are to choose from, make him a very likeable character. Anyone wanting a conversation need only carry a bottle of Coke and some chocolates and he'll be all yours.
